Umberslade Campus Update

Further developments have taken place at our Umberslade Campus, located in Selly Oak, providing students with a high-quality, modern and accessible environment to study.

Decking made from recycled wood has been added with a ramp for wheelchair users. This space will provide an outdoor area for all students to socialise and enjoy.

Umberslade main room with a kitchen, table area and seating are for students to use.

Since we developed the main building, it is now utilised by students in their free time to socialise and eat. Students can also benefit from the modern kitchen area as part of their Independent Living Skills sessions.

Widened pathways, repaired Polytunnels and upgraded Toilets

Other developments include widened footpaths, doorways and upgrading the toilets from two toilets to seven accessible toilets (pictured above). The polytunnels have been repaired and the ground levelled and tarmacked to ensure everyone can have full access to the whole campus!

More updates will be provided over the coming months as we continue to update and develop Umberslade Campus.
