Birmingham Inclusive Sports Festival launch hosted at QAC!

Recently, we had the privilege of hosting the launch of the 2016 Birmingham Inclusive Sports Festival here on QAC campus, In conjunction with Sport Birmingham, taking over our sports hall, field and courtyard.

We welcomed VIPs and families from across the city to find out more about the Festival and what it had in store over the course of the week, with various sporting taster sessions including wheelchair basketball, inclusive cycling, new age kurling, VI running line and more!

The event saw GB Wheelchair Basketball player Mark Fosbrook along with this year’s event Ambassador and GB Paralympic skier Anna Turney, who were there to help inspire people to get involved and declare the festival open!
