Working alongside Aston Villa FC coaches, LEAP Sport students developed their leadership skills by supporting multi-sports sessions for participants from day care centres, engaging them in a variety of activities.

The placement has enabled students to experience working with new people, improve their communication skills and follow instructions. It has given them an insight into the world of work, as well as starting to think about their future next steps within the sport and active leisure industry.
