QAC host annual "Summer Fete" Fun Day

A big thank you to everyone who came along to our Summer Fete on Saturday. Despite the early afternoon downpour of rain, a great day was had by all as we were joined by local crafters, charities and businesses, as well as QAC’s Coffee Junction and Umberslade Nurseries enterprises.

There was a range of fun activities, including archery, circus skills, belly dancing, a wartime memorabilia display and a fun dog show, proving to be the highlight of the day with some lovely dogs (and their owners) competing for rosettes and prizes in four highly fought categories!

All in all the day was a great success, raising almost £1300 for QAC, which is great news.

We’re now busy preparing for our upcoming summer events at The King’s Head (2nd July) and Umberslade Nurseries (17th July). Hope to see you there!
