QAC and DofE receives donation from The North Face

Following a generous donation to the DofE Central England Office by The North Face, we were delighted and extremely grateful to be allocated a sizable donation of clothing and footwear, to support our DofE students on their expeditions.

A number of our students experience financial hardship and have difficulty funding the costs of the DofE expeditions. Thankfully this donation will ensure that parents and participants do not have the additional worry of finding funds for these additional costs. Therefore, we envisage that this donation will enable us to further promote the DofE programme as young people and their parents do not have the additional worry of securing outdoor gear.

The gear is an essential part of the expeditions and this donation ensures that our students will benefit from the latest and best gear available, making a real positive impact on their progression within the DofE programme, which in turn will have a positive impact on their future opportunities. Once again, many thanks to DofE Central as well as The North Face for the generous donation!
