Birmingham Commonwealth Games 2022 Mascot Perry visits QAC

Last week, the students at QAC had a surprise visitor to their sports hall; they were gathered in the room, waiting in eager anticipation when Amber, the Commonwealth Games guru, came out looking for her friend Perry, the cheeky Birmingham Commonwealth Games Mascot!

Perry and Amber talked to the students about the sports involved in the games, why the sports were selected, the Queen's message and the baton handover.

It was very informative and very interactive and the students loved Perry. They had a great time and giggles could be heard whilst they were taking part in light exercises and games. We're really looking forward to the Commonwealth games!!!
