A national charity empowering children and young people who are blind and partially sighted.

Aware that feelings of isolation and loneliness are dominant within the world of vision impairment, we focus on activity-based learning as a positive setting for social interaction and personal growth.

Our activities offer opportunities for upskilling young people, offering chances to earn a Duke of Edinburgh Award, an Arts Award and a John Muir Award.

VICTA Young Achievers Award to enable children under 10 years to explore their curiosities in Science, Nature, Community and the Arts.

Pre-Teen Activities (10-13) to support social facilitation, independence and confidence

Youth Activities (14-17) to support personal growth, self advocacy and the transition into higher education.

Young Adult Activities (18-29) to support the development of life skills and the transition into adulthood and the workplace

Young Ambassadors Programme (18-29) designed to strengthen key skills and build business understanding

Parent Services to support parents a VI child through workshops and a social networking group including a Sleep Intervention Service.

Early Years (0-4) Sensory Discovery Packs to facilitate the exploration of the other senses

Family Activities (0-17) to support and empower families through shared experiences including Family Weekends and Family Days
